How long before I get my order?

After design is approved by the customer orders are usually ready in a quick 7-10 business days. We believe in keeping our customers well informed so if stock is an issue or we foresee any delays while placing your order we will let you know before starting your job.

Can I bring my own garments?

Because of the many variables while printing we usually prefer to print on garments we provide however we do accept some customers products after physical review of the garments.

Requirements for customers garments:

-Same garment style required. Example all tshirts or all sweatshirts

-Same fabric makeup eg. Either all 100% cotton or all blend

-We dont accept 100% polyester garments

-We do not replace customer provided garments if damaged during printing, we replace BVI supplied garments if damaged during printing

Yes, we can embroider on most items however some unique areas on garments we cannot embroider on and will let you know at the time of order.

We do not embroider on leather items provided by customers, We embroider on BVI supplied leather products.
